Backstage Details On Brock Lesnar’s New WWE Deal, His UFC Status & Future, Updated Greatest Royal Rumble Card

As noted, WWE announced today that Brock Lesnar has re-signed with the company, and his next title defense will be against Roman Reigns at the Greatest Royal Rumble in a Steel Cage match.

According to Steven Muehlhausen of Sporting News, while Lesnar did re-sign what was said to be a multi-year deal with WWE, he will be allowed to fight in UFC should he want to. As we noted over the weekend, Dana White revealed Lesnar is still under contract with UFC, stemming from his UFC 200 fight, but has yet to reenter the USADA drug testing pool.

Updated Greatest Royal Rumble Card

Following tonight’s WWE Raw, below is the updated card for the Greatest Royal Rumble event taking place on April 27th in Saudi Arabia. The event will air live on WWE Network at a special start time of 12pm EST.

WWE Universal Title Steel Cage Match:
-Brock Lesnar (c) vs Roman Reigns

WWE Raw Tag Team Title Match:
-The Bar vs The Winners of Matt Hardy and Bray Wyatt vs The Revival

WWE IC Title Ladder Match:
-Seth Rollins (c) vs Finn Balor vs The Miz vs Samoa Joe

-John Cena vs Triple H

50 Man Royal Rumble match with the following names announced so far:
-Daniel Bryan, Kane, Big Show, Bray Wyatt, Braun Strowman.

Also defending their respective titles will be AJ Styles, Jinder Mahal, Cedric Alexander and The Bludgeon Brothers.
