MMA Weekly – UFC President Dana White may shoot his mouth off when it comes to promoting other people’s fights, but when it comes to his own, he seems fairly grounded.

On “The Dan Patrick Show,” Wednesday, White manned up and admitted that he wouldn’t want to step inside the Octagon with Joe Rogan. Fear is definitely a factor for him.

“Joe Rogan is a very well-rounded guy,” White said. “He was a Taekwando champion and he was a black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. I would not like to fight Joe Rogan. No, I am good with that.”

This doesn’t make sense to me. Dana White was willing to fight Tito Ortiz but does not want anything to do with Joe Rogan. Maybe, it was because the Tito fight was going to be 100% boxing and Dana feels more comfortable on his feet. Maybe, he hated Ortiz that much and really wanted the opportunity to punch him in the face. Maybe Joe Rogan is a scarier matchup than Tito Ortiz. On a side note…I wouldn’t want to fight Rogan either.
