Jon Jones, accepted a plea deal in Albuquerque Metropolitan Court Thursday after he was pulled over by Albuquerque, N.M. police on March 24 and issued five citations (Unlawful Drag Racing and Other Competitive Racing, Unlawful Exhibition Driving, Unlawful Use of Modification of Exhaust System, Failure to Maintain Traffic Lane, and Improper Display of Registration Plate). We all remember the incident because body-cam footage was released showing Jones in a not so pleasant verbal exchange (they essentially called each other poop face) with the officer.

Jones pleaded guilty to Unlawful Use of Modification of Exhaust System and Improper Display of Registration Plate (The way they say it sounds very serious and legal). The other charges were thrown out. Jones was ordered to complete 60 hours of community service and an aggressive driving course. If Jones fails to complete these terms he could face up to 90 days in jail and be the laughing stock of mixed martial arts…again. PED’s anyone?
