It’s ironic looking at this clip that these are two of the guys that lead to WCW almost putting WWE out of business. After all, it wasn’t too long after this that both of them were main eventing WWE events. Scott Hall and Kevin Nash were indeed two victims of WCW creative before heading to the greener pastures of Stamford, CT and becoming two of the biggest stars in the history of wrestling. After seeing this clip, does anyone really wonder why they wanted some measure of creative control when they jumped ship back? At different points in time WCW has had all or most of the greatest names in the history of pro wrestling before they became huge stars. They then misused them and let them walk north. The history of WCW is amazing, but this one blog isn’t big enough to get into it. Instead I’ll leave you with a few guys who WCW let get away:

Steve Austin
Kevin Nash
Scott Hall
Triple H
Mick Foley
