Michael Bisping def. Luke Rockhold via knockout (punches) – Round 1, 3:36

And new!!! It was cool to see Bisping finally realize his dream but Rockhold is definitely the better fighter. Luke got cocky when he was winning the fight, dropped his hands on defense and got caught with a couple of great punches from Bisping. It is funny, because Anderson Silva did a similar thing with Weidman and we all know how that turned out. This is the same effin division. Wake up people!!! No seriously, somebody wake Rockhold up because those punches put him to sleep. #gotslept

Dominick Cruz def. Urijah Faber via unanimous decksion (50-45, 50-45, 49-46)

This fight played out exactly like everybody knew it would…Dominick Cruz dominated Urijah Faber from start to finish. The only surprising thing for me was the power in Cruz’s hands. He dropped Faber a few times and I have a theory on why Cruz has found some power lately. I think I am going to save that for a future blog though.

Max Holloway def. Ricardo Lamas via unanimous decision (30-27, 30-27, 30-27)

Holloway looked good everywhere the fight went and to cap everything off they decided to meet in the middle of the octagon and punch each other in the face repeatedly at the end of the fight. It was so awesome to watch as a fan, and probably fun to watch as a dentist too…knowing you have two clients afterward. Get it? Because they punched each other in the face and I am insinuating they lost some teeth in the exchange. I am good!!!

Dan Henderson def. Hector Lombard via knockout (kick, elbows) – Round 2, 1:27

This fight ended quickly once the H-Bow landed. That is something clever I saw on Twitter that I decided to use. Talk about a crazy fight. Dan Henderson almost knocked Lombard out in the first and then almost got knocked out and submitted himself. Early in the second Henderson head kicked Hector, Hector caught the leg and then caught a vicious elbow to the temple that ended Lombard’s night. Boom goes the dynamite!!!

Dustin Poirier def. Bobby Green via knockout (punches) – Round 1, 2:53

Combinations, accuracy and power helped Dustin Poirier knockout Bobby Green. This is why talking trash can come back to haunt you. It is pretty embarrassing to talk that much and get destroyed inside of one round. Green is a tough guy and he will be back better than ever. It also helps this card was so crazy that nobody probably remembers this one.
